Bello Point

Bello Point is a Four Seasons Homes’ premier waterfront community at Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks. This community features 26 waterfront townhouses and ten patio homes. Each townhouse covers 3100 sq. ft. of heated, finished area and also includes a two-car garage and a lower and an upper deck. In addition, each townhome features an office and ample storage space.

Each patio home features 2100 sq. ft. of heated area, one-level living, and a two-car garage. Both the townhouses and the patio homes are maintenance free. Currently, all townhomes have been sold and only a limited number of patio homes remain available.
