Four Seasons Homes does not have the typical history you'd expect from a home builder. While our top staff totals nearly 200 combined years of experience, our company did not develop from the a simple contract to build a house. Instead, Four Seasons Homes came into existence through Harold Koplar's dream to develop a vacation-lifestyle and communities at the Lake of the Ozarks - communities founded on strong values and quality. Over the years as Koplar's family and the Four Seasons Group developed the areas of Four Seasons and Porto Cima at the Lake, the need for a home builder with a sense of responsibility to the customer and community became obvious.

Four Seasons developed their homes division as a service to the customers who had invested in lots,: an option to choose a builder with stability, and credibility. Formal organization of Four Seasons Homes took place in 1998, but the company carries the strength and stability of the Four Seasons Group's more than 40 years of service to the Lake of the Ozarks.

Four Seasons Homes provides security for each customer through support staff ready for questions in the office seven days a week. Our growing staff of 15 employees maintains an uncompromising devotion to detail and quality, and each home we build is backed by a 10-year limited home warranty. When a home is completed, service follows the sale: Four Seasons Homes guarantees a 45-day punch list on all items the homeowner deems worthy of attention.

Since Four Seasons Homes' inception, we've crafted more than 200 homes and townhomes for our customers. We rallied for the development of the Community Bridge, and we have shared in the joy at seeing at Porto Cima develop into not only one of the outstanding private communities in Missouri, but one that has earned recognition across the country. In the midst of these larger celebrations, however, it is the smaller ones in which we take the most pride, the moments when we welcome each customer into their new Four Seasons home.

In 2005, Four Seasons Homes expanded its service beyond the Lake area for the first time. We are excited to offer new home-and-lot packages to Springfield residents in the Olde Ivy subdivision. Four Seasons carefully selected Olde Ivy for its promise to emerge as a quality neighborhood, and we look forward for the new relationships we will forge in the Springfield area.
